The Knights of Columbus Chapter Diocese of Worcester, Worcester County, Massachusetts
As the Knights of Columbus Chapter Diocese of Worcester we dedicate ourselves to serving the people of the Diocese of Worcester through the establishment of benevolent programs:
To instill the Knights of Columbus principles of Charity,
Unity, Fraternity and Patriotism in our members.
To assist and support the Bishop of Worcester in religious and temporal activities.
This is our mission statement. This is who we are.
The Knights of Columbus Chapter Diocese of Worcester does not have a permanent home but depends on the member councils to provide a monthly meeting place. Each month a newsletter is published and a calendar updated to reflect where the place of the meeting and who the contact person is. We try to get several months ahead so that we do not have issues or questions about locations.
The Knights of Columbus Chapter Diocese of Worcester representing the Diocese of Worcester was formed in 2010 and became a full fledged Chapter in July of 2011. We chose the name "Knights of Columbus Chapter Diocese of Worcester" to reflect that we are associated with diocese of Worcester. We could have chosen the "Worcester Chapter" but decided upon "Knights of Columbus Chapter Diocese of Worcester" because it more reflected who we wanted to be.
We have had several requests to make the minuets of our meetings available before the meeting. This is our attempt to do that. We are limited in space to the number we have will depend on that space. You will need Acrobat reader to read the minutes.
